I fell in love with cooking as a little girl, sitting on the counter, helping Mom cook. That shared love of cooking is what this blog is all about. I want this to be a place where we can all share and learn from each other all our favorite recipes, kitchen tips, and more. From how to fry an egg to Grandma's tried and true classics to your favorite olive oil. I hope everyone enjoys the blog, has fun with it, and will contribute your own ideas.

Orange Jello Salad

OK so I have to admit, this is not one of my favorites. It is however a favorite of my Mom and nephew. So here it is- a classic recipe that it just wouldn't be Thanksgiving without.. even if I don't eat any of it.

Orange Jello Salad
From: Judy

Regular box of Orange Jello
Regular small curd cottage cheese
Small size cool whip
Regular can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple juice into pan, get it hot. Dissolve Jell-O in it. Mix Jell-O, Cottage Cheese, and Pineapple together with mixer. Fold in cool whip. Let set in fridge. Serve cold.
