Orange Juice Cake

Emailed from Merletta. (I post these without even trying them first because I know Merletta only sends me the good stuff!!) 


Orange Juice Cake
From: Merletta


1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
 
1 SMALL BOX INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
 
4 EGGS
 
1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
 
1/2 CUP OIL
 
MIX OIL, EGGS, AND ORANGE JUICE.  ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND BLEND
WELL.  POUR BATTER INTO GREASED BUNDT PAN.  BAKE 350 DEGREES
FOR 30-35 MINUTES.
 
GLAZE
 
1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1STICK BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
 
BRING ALL INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL.  POUR GLAZE OVER THE CAKE WHILE
IT IS HOT AND TILL IN PAN, SHAKING THE PAN TO ENSURE IT GETS TO THE
BOTTOM.  LET THE CAKE SIT FOR 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL THE GLAZE IS ABSORBED.  REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN.  DO NOT LET CAKE COOL
COMPLETELY IN PAN.
