I fell in love with cooking as a little girl, sitting on the counter, helping Mom cook. That shared love of cooking is what this blog is all about. I want this to be a place where we can all share and learn from each other all our favorite recipes, kitchen tips, and more. From how to fry an egg to Grandma's tried and true classics to your favorite olive oil. I hope everyone enjoys the blog, has fun with it, and will contribute your own ideas.

Creamy Rotel Dip

This is something my Aunt Merletta whipped up at a Christmas party last year and it was soooo good. I absolutely LOVE these kinds of things where it is ridiculously easy and is so good you can't stop eating it. What's better than that? I know there wasn't a drop left after the party. Yum.

Creamy Rotel Dip
From: Merletta
2 blocks cream cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

blend all together well in a food processor or blender. Serve with chips or crackers.

It will blend together better if the cream cheese is room temperature first.
