I fell in love with cooking as a little girl, sitting on the counter, helping Mom cook. That shared love of cooking is what this blog is all about. Jamie's Chicken and Rice

Rice
Chicken Breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package Lipton Onion Mix
2 cups of milk

Spray the bottom of 9x13 pan. Place a layer of minute rice on the bottom. Mix the Cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and milk together, set aside. Place chicken breasts on top of rice and sprinkle with Lipton Onion Packet. Finish by pouring soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil, and bake at 325 for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
