Pecan Praline Pie

Pecan Praline Pie

4 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
  2 cups pecans
1 - 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 cups milk
2 cups cool whip
2 baked pie shells
 

 Heat butter, sugar and pecans until bubbles. Pour into the baked
 pie shells.  Cool. Combine pudding and milk, beat until smooth.  Add
 the Cool Whip and blend.  Pour on top of the pecan mixture.
