I fell in love with cooking as a little girl, sitting on the counter, helping Mom cook. That shared love of cooking is what this blog is all about. I want this to be a place where we can all share and learn from each other all our favorite recipes, kitchen tips, and more. From how to fry an egg to Grandma's tried and true classics to your favorite olive oil. I hope everyone enjoys the blog, has fun with it, and will contribute your own ideas.

Easy Chicken Primavera

This recipe is one of those super easy cheating recipes. No this is not the "proper" way to make chicken primavera, it is the easy "I only have ten minutes" way to make it and it still taste good. Enjoy!

Easy Chicken Primavera
From: Christi

1 package noodles of your choice
1 bag frozen vegetables of your choice (I use brocolli normandy mix)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 bags pre-grilled fajita flavor chicken strips OR 4 chicken breast.

Start by boiling noodles and setting aside.
Heat and season Vegetables and set aside.
If using pre-grilled fully cooked chicken strips prepare according to directions and set aside. If using chicken breast season and bake in oven how you normally would. Once chicken is cooked cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
Toss the noodles, vegetables, and chicken with a little butter, salt and pepper to taste, and pour into 9x13 pan, set aside.

Make Alfredo Sauce (or you can use a jar sauce, or mix.. but I think those are gross so make the alfredo sauce)

Pour Alfredo Sauce over your pasta and toss together well. Pour all into 9x13 baking pan and place in oven on 350 until all is heated through.

Take out, add shredded mozzarella to top, place back in oven until cheese has melted.

Serve while hot.
