I fell in love with cooking as a little girl, sitting on the counter, helping Mom cook. That shared love of cooking is what this blog is all about. I want this to be a place where we can all share and learn from each other all our favorite recipes, kitchen tips, and more. From how to fry an egg to Grandma's tried and true classics to your favorite olive oil. I hope everyone enjoys the blog, has fun with it, and will contribute your own ideas.

Broccoli Casserole

This is great for when you are tired of the same old vegetables, or if you are having a hard time getting kids to eat their veggies.
Broccoli Casserole
From: Christi
2 bxs. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, minced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers (approximately 18, 10 for casserole itself and 8 for topping)
Cook broccoli and drain. Add remaining ingredients, except for crackers, and mix. Add crumbled crackers and put into casserole dish. Crumble remaining crackers on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
