Cream Cheese Carrot Cake

Cream Cheese Carrot Cake
From: Merletta

8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Mix all together well and set aside.

Make ANY carrot cake box mix in a 9X13 pan.
Swirl in above mixture
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Top with any cream cheese icing and pecans on top!
