Texas Caviar

This is a recipe Mom got from a friend who made this for a party she was hosting. It is SO good. 



Texas Caviar

2 cans purple hull peas with jalapeno peppers, rinsed & drained
1 can chopped tomatoes with green chilies
1 or 2 avocados, chopped
Small green pepper, chopped
½ purple onion, chopped
¾ cup zesty Italian dressing
1 T. Lime
Salt

Mix all together well, serve chilled with tortilla chips.
